  • Notas de cata: Nice poppy red, with a lot of natural sparkling of the residual carbon at the end of the fermentation. In nose it is very intense and of the highest quality, with sweet aromas of red liquorice, strawberry gummies and red fruit in syrup, reminding us of the candies from our childhood. In mouth it has a sweet entry, an acid passage, bitter after taste and dry finish, which incites us to go on enjoying this wonderful wine. Four flavours, sweet, acid, bitter and dry, difficult to combine, and aromas of candies which evoke our childhood, easy to remember.
  • Accompanying: Starters, hors d’oeuvres, tarts, broth and every natural fruit and syrup.
  • To serve: Between 8º and 10º C.
